Preparing For a Quantum Healing Journey
How you choose to prepare for your session is entirely up to you.
Truly, the only real requirement is simple: trust the process, trust yourself, allow the experience to unfold naturally, and show up with an open heart.
That said, many people find it helpful to gently prepare. Learning how to quiet the mind and doing a little light practice beforehand can deepen your comfort and confidence.

The Importance of Intention
From the moment you choose to book your session, you can begin setting a gentle intention: that you are in clear, direct communication with the part of you that offers wisdom, guidance, and healing — your Higher Self.
You might hold this simple affirmation:
“I have clear and direct communication with my Higher Self.”
Notice the wording. It isn’t “I will have.” It’s “I have.”
This invites the connection as something already present and available to you.
You can softly repeat this intention throughout your day — and especially as you drift off to sleep — allowing it to settle into your awareness and begin opening the pathway naturally.
Leave Expectations Behind
Intentions and expectations are not the same.
Holding a clear intention is powerful. Holding rigid expectations about what “should” happen can actually get in the way. When you release specific ideas about how the experience must look or feel, you create space for something even more aligned to emerge.
The most meaningful sessions unfold when you soften, relax, and allow the process to guide you — trusting that your Higher Self is your most reliable source of wisdom.
It’s also important that you truly want to have this experience. Participation in a Quantum Healing Journey is not about effort or “trying hard.” Trying comes from the thinking mind. Allowing comes from the feeling state. One is mental striving; the other is gentle openness.

Before your session, you’ll want to spend a little time preparing a list of questions or areas you’d like clarity around.
Some clients arrive with one heartfelt question. Others bring many. We will explore as much as we comfortably can during our time together.
What kind of questions are best?
The most supportive questions are personal — centered on your life, your experiences, your healing, and your growth.

What is a Quantum Healing Journey?
A Quantum Healing Journey at The Still Path offers a safe space for relaxation, inner exploration, and self-discovery. Each journey is a unique experience that promotes energetic alignment, emotional clarity, and reconnection with your Higher Self.
What to Expect
Every session is intuitively guided and tailored to your needs. We begin by having a relaxed conversation all about you, then talk about the questions you have prepared. We will explore how visualization works for you. A brief visualization practice helps prepare you to connect more deeply. We’ll also discuss how Reiki and sound healing tools will support healing and relaxation throughout your journey.
As your practitioner, I gently guide you through the process by asking questions you’ll answer in your own words—channeled from the Higher Aspects of yourself—your Higher Self. During the session, you may feel deep relaxation, see vivid imagery and colors, and experience tingling or waves of energetic sensations. No two sessions are ever the same.
After the Journey
We’ll have a discussion about what you remembered of your journey. We will discuss the main points, symbolism and any other areas of interest to help you reflect while impressions are still fresh. Then we will do some extra grounding if necessary.
You session is never rushed. We will take our time and allow all to unfold naturally for you.
My role as your practitioner is to gently facilitate the sessions for you.
You’ll receive a full session recording within 24 hours for ongoing integration.
How to Book
Please call or email to book a Quantum Healing Session. These sessions can run from 3 to 5 hours and must be booked by email discussion as I dedicate my day to your session.
You’ll be asked to complete a required intake form. This form helps me prepare for your session and allows you to create your session questions.
Note:
You can prepare up to 8 questions and we will get to as many as we can. Think about your questions and put them in order of importance in the intake form. (Intake sent by email once you book)
These will be gently asked during the session, allowing your Higher Self to offer insight and guidance.
We will also use these questions to create an overall intention for your session that we will set when we move into your journey.
