Preparing For a BQH Session
How you choose to prepare for your session is entirely up to you.

Truly, the only real requirement is simple: trust the process, trust yourself, allow the experience to unfold naturally, and show up with an open heart.
​
That said, many people find it helpful to gently prepare. Learning how to quiet the mind and doing a little light practice beforehand can deepen your comfort and confidence.
​

The Importance of Intention
From the moment you choose to book your session, you can begin setting a gentle intention: that you are in clear, direct communication with the part of you that offers wisdom, guidance, and healing — your Higher Self.

You might hold this simple affirmation:
“I have clear and direct communication with my Higher Self.”
​
Notice the wording. It isn’t “I will have.” It’s “I have.”
This invites the connection as something already present and available to you.
​
You can softly repeat this intention throughout your day — and especially as you drift off to sleep — allowing it to settle into your awareness and begin opening the pathway naturally.
Leave Expectations Behind
Intentions and expectations are not the same.
Holding a clear intention is powerful. Holding rigid expectations about what “should” happen can actually get in the way. When you release specific ideas about how the experience must look or feel, you create space for something even more aligned to emerge.

The most meaningful sessions unfold when you soften, relax, and allow the process to guide you — trusting that your Higher Self is your most reliable source of wisdom.
​
It’s also important that you truly want to have this experience. Participation in a BQH session is not about effort or “trying hard.” Trying comes from the thinking mind. Allowing comes from the feeling state. One is mental striving; the other is gentle openness.

And always remember: You cannot fail a BQH session or do it wrong. You are, and always will be, in control. You can choose to lean in and allow — or you can choose to close yourself off. The power rests with you.
Questions and Concerns
Before your session, you’ll want to spend a little time preparing a list of questions or areas you’d like clarity around.
Some clients arrive with one heartfelt question. Others bring many. We will explore as much as we comfortably can during our time together.
What kind of questions are best?
The most supportive questions are personal — centered on your life, your experiences, your healing, and your growth.

What is a BQH/Quantum Healing Session?
Beyond Quantum Healing (BQH) founded by Candace Craw-Goldman is a multidimensional, intuitive, and energy-based healing experience that supports connection with higher aspects of yourself.

The purpose of a BQH session is to access your own inner wisdom, receive insight around life questions, understand recurring patterns, and activate self-healing on an energetic, emotional, and spiritual level.
​
This modality encourages direct communication with your Higher Self—the part of you that holds a broader perspective beyond the conscious mind. Many clients experience clarity, emotional release, and meaningful inner shifts during a session.
​
A Beyond Quantum Healing session with Jeannie is an intuitive and multi-modality experience. Alongside guided visualization and Higher Self connection, sessions may also include Reiki energy healing and the use of tuning forks to support relaxation, energetic alignment, and deeper integration throughout the journey.
​
BQH is inspired by the work of renowned consciousness explorers such as Brian Weiss, Michael Newton, and Dolores Cannon (QHHT®), whose groundbreaking research into consciousness and the soul has helped pave the way for modern quantum healing practices.
​
Your session begins with a relaxed conversation about you, your journey, and what brings you to this work. Together, we’ll explore your intentions for the session, talk about visualization and do some reflective exercises.
A Water Alchemy exercise may also be included to help anchor your intention. This portion is optional, though recommended, as intention plays an important role in this work and helps bring clarity and focus to the session.

Once you’re comfortable, you’ll be guided into a deeply relaxed state. From there, you’ll embark on an inner journey where I facilitate by asking questions, and you share the responses that arise directly from your Higher Self. You remain aware, present, and in control throughout the experience.
​
After the session, we’ll take time to reflect on what came through and discuss the insights and messages you received.
You’ll also receive an audio recording of your session shortly afterward, allowing you to revisit and integrate the experience.

These are private sessions for 1 person only.
