Reiki & Tuning Forks Healing Session

Service Description

A Reiki session is a gentle, hands-on (or hands-off) energy healing experience that promotes deep relaxation and balance. The practitioner channels universal life energy to support the body’s natural ability to release stress, clear energetic blockages, and restore harmony on physical, emotional, and subtle levels. Many people experience warmth, calm, imagery, or a sense of being deeply supported. A tuning fork session uses precisely calibrated sound frequencies applied gently on the body and heard at the ears to encourage relaxation and energetic alignment. The vibrations help calm the nervous system, bring awareness into the present moment, and support the body’s natural rhythms. People often feel a sense of grounding, clarity, or gentle energetic “unwinding.” Why Combining Reiki & Tuning Forks Is Powerful When Reiki and tuning forks are used together, sound opens the energy field while Reiki gently guides and integrates the healing. The vibrations help the body settle quickly, making it easier to receive Reiki, while Reiki smooths and deepens the effects of the sound. Together, they create a deeply restorative experience that supports relaxation, insight, and energetic balance on multiple levels. During the entire session, you will remain fully clothed, lying down on our comfortable treatment bed, which you may choose to have heated or non-heated. Please note: I work very intuitively and each session may look a little different. I may sometimes add other forms of energy healing to your session if I feel it is necessary. (For example: Reiki, sound healing tools like singing bowls, crystal pyramid and crystals or chimes) This will be discussed during your session. NOTE: * Please dress very comfortably in loose clothing for your session. * Pure essential oils may be used during your session. Please specify if you prefer otherwise. * Reiki is NOT massage. * Sessions are paid for in person on the day of appointment. I allow an extra 15 minutes for each session, as some people may need more time for discussion and to process after the session ends.
