Crystal Singing Bowls Sound Healing

Service Description

Sound healing has been in use for hundreds of years and helps you open and heal from the inside out. Crystal singing bowls aids in activating, opening, aligning, and balancing your energy centers (the chakras), promoting deep healing. We will begin by discussing your intentions for the session. After a simple grounding technique, we will start a process of deep relaxation to prepare the body for sound healing. As you remain lying down and completely relaxed, I will begin to play the crystal bowls. (You can choose to have me recite affirmations during the sound healing, or, if you prefer, to completely let go and only experience the bowls. We will discuss this beforehand.) As your brain attunes to these frequencies, it will direct healing vibrations throughout your body to where they are needed the most for physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual healing. During the entire session, you will remain fully clothed, lying down on our comfortable treatment bed, which you may choose to have heated or non-heated. **NOTE:** * Please dress very comfortably in loose clothing for your session. * Pure essential oils, sage, or incense may be used during your session. Please specify if you prefer otherwise. * Crystal Singing Bowls sessions are booked for one individual or couples (maximum 2). * Sessions are paid for in person on the day of appointment. I allow an extra 15 minutes for each session, as some people may need more time for discussion and to process after the session ends.
