Chakra Balancing Guided Visualization & Sound Bath

Join us for a transformative evening that will begin with a healing Chakra Balancing guided visualization. I will play high vibration instruments during the visualization and it is followed by a healing sound bath where you will experience the healing sounds of the Crystal Singing bowls in combination with other high vibrational instruments. Note: The session is an hour long. If lying on a mat this long causes you discomfort, we also offer chairs or a meditation cushion for a seated experience. Comfort is key.
