The sound healing modality has been in use for hundreds of years, and helps you open and heal from the inside out.

We will begin the session by talking about what you would like to work on for the session then a simple grounding technique, and a process of deep relaxation.

I will begin playing the bowls at different areas around the body, activating them, allowing you to feel their healing vibrations going into your body. As your brain attunes to these frequencies it will direct the healing vibrations throughout your body to where it is needed the most for physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual healing. 

During the entire session, you will remain fully clothed, lying down on our comfortable treatment bed which you may choose to have heated or non-heated.
