Bija seed chanting was created in the 9th century by Gregorian monks, who discovered that by toning certain syllables, it would allow them to open, align, balance, and heal their chakra energy centers and their entire bodies. They also discovered they could reach higher states of consciousness, higher altered states, enabling them to connect to and receive higher level guidance and information. 

We will begin the session by talking about what you would like to work on for the session.  This session is done either seated on a cushion or standing. (whichever you prefer) I will begin to play the crystal bowls guiding you to through each of the 7 chakra Bija seed sounds. 

Crystal singing bowls sound healing will aid in activating, opening, aligning, and balancing your energy centers, (the chakras) promoting deep healing. Chanting the Biji Seed sounds along with the bowls is even more impactful because you are creating the vibration from within, attuning to the tones of the bowls, allowing you to open, align, balance, release and heal. 

As your brain and body attune to these frequencies, it will direct the healing vibrations throughout your body to where it's needed the most for physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual healing.
