What to Expect: Step into a sanctuary of sound and energy with Reiki & Resonance - a deeply restorative healing experience that blends hands-on Reiki, vibrational tuning fork therapy & immersive audio soundscapes tailored to your personal intentions. As you settle into our cozy, heated treatment bed, noise-canceling headphones gently deliver healing frequencies designed to soothe your nervous system and elevate your energetic field. While you relax, I perform a full-body Reiki and tuning fork session to realign your Chakras, balance your energy centers, and harmonize body, mind, and spirit. Your Personalized Sound Journey: Each session includes a curated soundscape - a cocoon of healing frequencies consciously composed to support your unique intentions. Select a category that speaks to you, then share your intention. From there, I will curate a soundscape designed to support your unique experience. During the entire session, you will remain fully clothed, lying down on our comfortable treatment bed, which you may choose to have heated or non-heated. Please note that Reiki is NOT massage. NOTE: * Please dress very comfortably in loose clothing for your session. * Pure essential oils, sage, or incense may be used during your session. Please specify if you prefer otherwise. * Reiki & Resonance sessions are booked for one individual only. * Sessions are paid for in person on the day of appointment. I allow an extra 15 minutes for each session, as some people may need more time for discussion and to process after the session ends.
