Reiki Healing Session 1.5 Hours

Service Description

A Reiki treatment session is a serene and transformative experience. We will begin by discussing what you would like to work on during the session. After a simple grounding technique, we will start a process of deep relaxation to prepare your body for energy healing. During the session, you will be lying down on a comfortable treatment bed as I gently place my hands on or near your body. As I channel life force energy through my body into yours, it will promote a deep, healing sense of relaxation. The energy flow is often described as sensations of warmth, tingling, or profound peace. The session focuses on balancing the energy centers, relieving stress, and supporting emotional well-being. You will emerge from a Reiki session feeling rejuvenated, with a heightened sense of clarity and inner harmony. During the entire session, you will remain fully clothed, lying down on our comfortable treatment bed, which you may choose to have heated or non-heated. Please note that Reiki is NOT massage. Please note: I work very intuitively and each session may look a little different. I may sometimes add other forms of energy healing to your session if I feel it is necessary. (For example: sound healing tools like tuning forks, singing bowls, crystal pyramid and crystals or chimes) This will be discussed during your session. NOTE: * Please dress very comfortably in loose clothing for your session. * Pure essential oils, sage, or incense may be used during your session. Please specify if you prefer otherwise. * Reiki sessions are booked for one individual only. * Sessions are paid for in person on the day of appointment. ** Reiki is NOT massage. I allow an extra 15 minutes for each session, as some people may need more time for discussion and to process after the session ends.
