Not sure where to begin on your healing journey? The Chakra Tuning Fork session is a great place to start. A Chakra tuning fork session can help the body in many ways by opening each Chakra energy center, helping them balance themselves, and aligning them with the other Chakras. It also helps the body release negative thought patterns, heal past emotional traumas, overthinking, and intrusive thoughts, promoting healing at a cellular level. We will begin by discussing what you would like to work on during the session. After a grounding technique, I will activate each of your Chakra centers using specific weighted tuning forks that are gently placed upon the body. Then, the solfeggio tuning forks are used at the ears for auditory healing. This session is meant for centering, grounding, identifying blocks in the body, gently releasing them, and activating, balancing, and aligning the Chakras. This is an active form of sound healing, meaning we will discuss what you are feeling throughout your body as we go through each of the chakras. This is done in a very soothing way to ensure the body remains relaxed. If time permits, I will perform a Biofield clearing. This involves 'sweeping' your auric field layers with specific tuning forks to identify blockages. I will then clear and attune each of your Biofield layers, allowing the body to release what it is ready to release. This is a deeply healing and restorative process. Please note: I work very intuitively and each session may look a little different. I may sometimes add other forms of energy healing to your session if I feel it is necessary. (For example: Reiki, sound healing tools like singing bowls, crystal pyramid and crystals or chimes) This will be discussed during your session. During the entire session, you will remain fully clothed, lying down on our comfortable treatment bed, which you may choose to have heated or non-heated. NOTE: * Please dress very comfortably in loose clothing for your session. * Pure essential oils, sage, or incense may be used during your session. Please specify if you prefer otherwise. * Prepare for 2 hours. Some sessions may run a bit longer. * Chakra Tuning Fork sessions are booked for one individual only. * Sessions are paid for in person on the day of appointment.
