Join us for a fun and inspiring workshop where you'll learn the art of creating your own mala beads and discover how to empower them with affirmations. Embrace your creativity and enhance your spiritual practice in this engaging and uplifting experience!
Plan for about 3 hours.Â
We will end the workshop with a 20 to 30 minutes crystal bowls immersive sound bath. Note: (If lying on a mat this long causes you discomfort, we also offer chairs or a meditation cushion for a seated experience. Comfort is key.)
