Join me Monday, October 27th from 7 – 8 PM for a deeply restorative evening that begins with a guided visualization designed to help you release heavy energies, ground into the present moment, and align with the higher frequencies flowing through us at this time. As I guide you through this journey, I will weave in the tones of high-vibration instruments to support your clearing and alignment.
Following the visualization, you will be immersed in a healing sound bath with the soothing resonance of Crystal Singing Bowls and other high vibrational instruments. Allow the waves of sound to wash over you, bringing balance, peace, and renewal for your mind, body, and spirit.
